In its roster are capable personnel who can deliver quality events/conference management services from the inception phase to post-implementation activities. These services include, but not limited to: (1) Events planning; (2) logistics and budget study; (3) actual canvass of possible venue and other logistical requirements; (4) negotiations with prospective partners; (5) hiring of personnel; (6) promotion and publicity/media work (7) actual conduct/management of event/conference; and (8) activity evaluation.
